I actually bought the fabric for a costume I was making for a friend.
I had a few yards left over and knew it would be perfect for Mad Moxxi.
Although it was extremely hot, it's still one of my favorite costumes.
The entire costume is made by me, i painted the buttons and painted on the swirls on the collar and cuffs.
I wanted to keep it a little more modest. So I made the top part not too reviling.
I did avoid doing the white face since I'm allergic to most face paint.
